Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Mirber, the operator of the MBHTS platform, processes and protects your data. A core principle of the platform is that the content of analyzed CDR/HTS files and the analysis outputs remain on your own device and are never uploaded to Mirber servers.
1. General Principle
MBHTS is a privacy-first enterprise platform for analyzing BTK HTS (historical communication traffic) files. Analysis is performed by accessing the content of HTS files you upload locally on your own device, through the desktop application. This content and the analysis outputs derived from it are processed and stored on your device; they are never uploaded to Mirber servers, used for marketing, sold, or shared with third parties.
"Personal data" in this document is used as defined under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). For statutory disclosure obligations, please also refer to the KVKK Disclosure Statement.
2. Data We Process
The content of your HTS files and the analysis outputs are not sent to our servers; they are processed and stored locally on your device only, and Mirber does not access them. To provide the platform (licensing, accounts, and security), we process only the following categories of data on the server side:
- Account and identity data: name, organization, email or phone, license information.
- Session and access logs: sign-in time, IP address, device/browser information, a device fingerprint for license validation, and security logs.
- Sanitized technical records: error/performance metadata sent to improve the software. These records do not contain HTS file content, cell values, file names, or case information.
- Anonymous website usage metrics (e.g. page-view measurement).
Data processed locally on your device and not accessed or stored by Mirber: the HTS files you upload and the analysis outputs derived from them.
3. Purposes of Processing
We process data to provide and maintain the service, authenticate and authorize users, manage licenses and access, ensure security and prevent abuse, fulfill legal obligations, and improve service quality.
4. Data Security and Retention
For data processed on the server side (account, license, and log records), we apply administrative and technical measures (access control, encryption, logging, etc.) to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. This data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the periods prescribed by applicable law; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Because the content of your HTS files and the analysis outputs are stored locally on your device, their retention and deletion are entirely under your control; Mirber has no retention or access rights over this data.
5. Cookies and Sessions
The platform uses cookies/session data that are strictly necessary for maintaining sessions and security. The anonymous usage metrics collected on the website are for measurement only and are not used for advertising profiling. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; however, disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the platform from functioning.
6. Your Rights
To exercise your rights regarding your data under KVKK (such as requesting information, correction, or deletion), you can contact us. For details of these rights, please refer to the KVKK Disclosure Statement.
7. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is published on this page and takes effect as of its publication date.
