Terms of Use

"Platform" means the MBHTS software and related web/desktop applications; "Fotera" means the data controller operating the platform; "User" means the natural or legal person granted access to the platform.

Fotera grants the User a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the platform solely within the granted license and authorization. Access credentials are personal and may not be shared with third parties. The User is responsible for account security.

The platform is a professional tool for analyzing BTK HTS data and may be used only by persons/organizations authorized to process such data, in compliance with applicable legislation, judicial/administrative processes, and data protection rules.

The User represents and warrants that they hold the necessary legal authority over the data processed through the platform and that the acquisition and use of such data is lawful.

The following actions are prohibited:

• Unauthorized access, use beyond the license, or sharing of access credentials.
• Using the platform for unlawful purposes or to process data of unauthorized persons.
• Reverse engineering, extracting source code, copying, or creating derivative works.
• Actions that endanger the security, integrity, or availability of the platform.

All intellectual and industrial property rights in the software, design, trademarks, and content of the platform belong to Fotera or the relevant rights holders. This agreement grants no transfer of rights beyond the use right expressly provided.

The platform is provided "as is". The User is responsible for interpreting analysis outputs and for decisions based on them. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fotera shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Fotera may update this agreement. The current version is published on this page; continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Fotera may suspend or terminate access upon expiry of the license or authorization or in case of breach of this agreement. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
